Hello All. Having been teaching for a number of years and
endorcing many students to teach, naturally it has to be said that
its now International Chow Gar Praying mantis kung fu. With schools
now open inUK, Scotland, Holland, France, USA, Guam, Australia and
soon expanding in the middle east and other areas. Why now join our
ever growing team.
The purpose of this website is to give an introduction
to the formerly secret traditional fighting method and healing arts known
as Dit Dar, as trained and now shared by the Ip family through the only authorised
UK representative of the style, Paul whitrod Sifu.
Why not come and learn directly under
UK representative at his School in Stratford London. Or any of
his Students that he has endorced over the years and now teaching
around the UK. This school has a friendly atmosphere, where
training is geared to make you a fitter, healthier and strong
minded individual. You will receive the best in training and
develop faster reflexes, power and of course self defence!!

Sifu, daytime Southern Mantis classes in action, mantis is a close-in
fighting art along with certain conditioning drills to develop the fighting
prowess which is ideal for self defence. Why not introduce yourself to
our ever growing school. Also we have womens classes and for those who
have children, but find it difficult to mind the kids, well we have the
answer! while you're training hard, your kids will be looked after and
trained at the same time with one of the senior students at the school.

Trip to lau Soei Ancestral home
A
recent trip to Tung Kong China, the Ancestral home of Lau Soei was
arranged in Sept 2008.
On the exact streets where Lau Soi met Wong
Fook go is still there. Also Southern mantis is still taught.
Lau Soei's home and the temple of Gung Yum Kok (Gwun Yin), situated on the banks of the village where the East river flows (Tung Kong)
