Do sensitivity drills teach you to fight?

Sometimes we can all get too carried away with sensitivity skills, so much so we start to believe that are actual fighting. Sensitivity skills needed as a step up to get correct body movement and alignment, so when we do start to engage in san da (free hit) training we have some idea about how we should move and react. But like all sensitivity skills they have some drawbacks. But sensitivity skills are needed to enhance one skills. So the following requirements must be trained to make them effective. 1/ correct distance, all to all often some sensitivity drills are done at the wrong distance so giving the impression that you have blocked or slipped at punch 2/ Don’t anticipate any moves, accept your mistakes 3/Realise it is not real fighting, although a help, you start to enjoy that training more.
