Poison Snake (Dook Sair Kwun)
Searching Insect (Bo Sim Kwun)
Yellow ox twist its tongue (Wong Ngau Jin Joy Kwun)
Why so many? Well for a start each has its separate identity the 5 elements staff covers different stances and various attacks.
Poison Staff, is totally direct, Bo sim use the body in kicking with the staff and wong Ngau use circular actions and punching. This type of staff is know as Dan Tow Kwun or single hold staff is tapered. Training is this type of staff helps build power in forearms
