Is Lineage important?

How important is linage? Depends on several key issues. But one issue is, never let it over ride your training!!. Yes lineage is important providing the list of master’s have a heart and understands its meaning and willing students who want to train.
Also no one can be placed on a family tree unless authorised by there teacher and Grand teacher a like. They must have the following qualifications. The title sifu must be given to them, a flag to authorise and in the older days a weapon was given to the student by the teacher as a Gift to reach the title.
All is important, but training to reach the standard is essential by far!
