Its called Sun Da, quite common in Hakka Martial arts, you are requested to do certain rituals and in turn the ghost helps you when you are being attacked, it is said that no blade can cut you. Grandmaster Yip Shui also said’ that sometimes the ghost may not come and help you and maybe sitting a toilet’, he’s exact words.
