Welcome to a list of
UK instructors who teach authentic East River Chow Gar Southern Praying
Mantis Kung Fu (Tung Kung Chow Gar Tong Long Pi) in the UK. I will add
more to the list as time goes on as I have passed many individuals to
the title of Sifu over the years. I have been teaching for more than two
decades and proud to have students who have been with me for that length
of time and I wish them all the success in their training and promotion
of themselves and the art. Many now have their own Associations and teaching
this southern art within that framework. Some listed here are not openly
teaching and keep a low profile. The individuals listed below have done
their time, some training with me in Chow Gar Southern Mantis kung fu
for over 15 years reaching the title of Sifu. Some prefer to be as an
instructor at my school as a senior, (this title one must have 3 years
training). I want to say something great about all of them, for their
time training and support over the years and so to wish their school to
grow enormously. So go along to their place of training and experience
a true authentic martial art by participating in some lessons.
