2 Man Drill - Italian Style
2012. Our ongoing instructors are a great success with certified instructors now teaching in different areas and abroad. If you are interested in becoming an instructor. We are offering on the last sunday of every month over 1 year to 18 months to be certified.
Also week day training from 9am to 2pm 3 days a week at various locations, London Stratford (Headquarters) and Crawley Sussex.

This website is to give an introduction to the formerly secret traditional fighting method and healing arts known as Dit Dar (www.tcmditdar.co.uk), as trained and now shared by the Ip family through the only authorised UK representative of the style, Paul Whitrod Sifu.
Why not come and learn directly under UK representative at The Chow gar Southern mantis Headquaters that is a full time school in Stratford London. Or any of his Students that he has endorsed over the years and now teaching around the UK.

Our school is fully equipped and is open full time with amenities such as showers. We cater for all people, young and old with day and evening training. Mantis is a close-in fighting art along with certain conditioning drills to develop the fighting prowess which is ideal for self defence. Why not introduce yourself to our ever growing school.
Also we have women's classes and for those who have children, but find it difficult to mind the them. We have the answer, while your training, your children are being trained at the same time in our next room (kwoon)
